MetaApp is an official partner of HitHorizons to deliver integrations for Microsoft solutions, and data automation for different CRM systems on the market. This includes data enrichment of your leads, accounts, and customers directly in your CRM, using the HitHorizons API.
In many CRM systems, the focus of MetaApp is to deliver:
- Instant lead / account / customer enrichment – without any user interaction. This is useful when leads are generated automatically via some CRM process and need to be enriched with the HitHorizons data instantly.
- User-guided lead / account / customer enrichment. This is useful when you need full control in searching and enriching new leads created in your CRM. HitHorizons data are provided and visualised to the user when searching a new lead, and when enriching an existing lead via a sophisticated compare mechanism. The user decides what to do.
- One time lead / account / customer enrichment. Either directly in the CRM via the HitHorizons API, or through an export-enrich-import process.
- Scheduled lead / account / customer enrichment. MetaApp builds a data pipeline using the HitHorizons API for a scheduled regular processing.
- Upselling potential analysis based on your leads / accounts / customers. MetaApp builds a solution in Power BI directly connected to your CRM, powered by HitHorizons data.
